BILLY R. ZEH
is the owner of Integrity Education Systems, a professional education
company in Brunswick, Georgia. Mr. Zeh is a native northern Virginian
whose federal law enforcement career spanned twenty (20) years with the
United States Park Police, Department of the Interior. During that time
he held positions in patrol, undercover operations, investigations,
communications, training and supervision. He was detailed to the
Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia where
he was an Instructor/Course Developer in the Physical Techniques
Division. Upon retirement he served eleven more years as a Senior
Instructor in the Behavioral Science Division where he was a faculty
member in the Criminal Investigator and Mixed Basic Police Training
Programs. Mr. Zeh holds both a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies
with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Public
Administration from Valdosta State College, Valdosta, Georgia. Mr. Zeh is also an adjunct faculty member for St. Petersburg (FL) College's Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training program (MCTFT).
